Le Café du Marché is an authentic and atmospheric French restaurant in Smithfield, London. The first floor private dining room, Le Grenier, is a unique and characterful events space for formal dinners or relaxed parties.

Le Grenier dining room is a high-ceilinged converted loft-space ideal for private parties, corporate events and wedding celebrations. The private dining has large windows and characterful oak paneling creating a rustic French atmosphere in the centre of London. Downstairs the Rendez Vous offers a semi private space for smaller parties with a striking bar. The whole restaurant makes a wonderfully versatile space for a large party of up to 300.

Book an event for January and February for 30 or more people and Le Café du Marché is offering 10% off.

Le Grenier Private Dining Room: 60 seated /100 standing.
The Rendez Vous Café (semi private with own bar) – 30 seated / 60 standing Restaurant – 60 seated / 120 standing
The whole restaurant can be hired for events of between 150-300 people.
The menu is based on a set three-course meal at £38.50 per person.
A finger buffet menu is available for larger events at £18.95 per person. Menus can also be adapted to suit the budget and the event.

There is no room hire charge although there is a minimum spend which includes all food and drinks and can incorporate a 15% service charge. Please note that the service charge will be added to the total amount.
Provisionally booking does not obligate you, if you do confirm that booking a deposit of
£500 is required and deducted from the final bill. This deposit is non-refundable, but transferrable and we need to be notified of a cancellation at least 48 hours prior to your event.
