Join the Barbican Estate Social WhatsApp Group to join in on running groups (beginners and intermediate) and Spanish conversation. Email barblifeedit@gmail.com with your name and mobile number. New hobbies forming new mini-groups all the time on here!

There is also a WhatsApp Estate Matters Group which is where we discuss all things service charge, planning etc so if you email in, let us know whether you’d like to join both WhatsApp groups at the same time.

In fact there are an every increasing number of WhatsApp Groups tailored to your interests including the recent Barbican Bazaar — a local space to buy, sell, or swap second-hand items (think: tech, furniture, plants, clothes, treasures…). Got something to clear out or looking for a deal? This is the place.

Barbican Library Non-Fiction Book Club

The book club will meet on the third Tuesday of the month at 6pm. There will be friendly discussion of a different non-fiction title each month and the books will cover a range of topics (biographies, history, science etc). The library will provide copies of the book for the group to borrow.
