CARE
From a Defoe House neighbour: A good friend who took care of our household when we lived in Asia is now working as an elder caregiver and looking for clients. We have known Ceres for twenty years and can vouch for her integrity, honesty, compassion and intelligence. If you are looking for a caregiver, Ceres is an extraordinary person and anyone would be lucky to be in her care or have a loved one safely in her care. If interested, please send enquiries to barblifeedit@gmail.com and they will be forwarded.

HEALTH
Are you thinking about counselling or psychotherapy? The first step is often the hardest part. Life can bring anxiety, loss, transitions and challenges that feel hard to face alone. I offer adults (18+) individual sessions, short or long term, face-to-face, near the Barbican or online. My way of working is relational, inclusive and confidential. My website includes a blog on what to expect from your first session. Please contact me by email for a free 20 minute consultation.
