Bird of Smithfield’s Spritz Garden rooftop
Bird also has a much-loved and ever-vibrant, but small, roof terrace which has had a Spritz makeover this summer! The Spritz Garden Rooftop is a beautiful and natural oasis in the heart of London.
The Bird of Smithfield team has worked closely with renowned drinks ambassadors to bring you the most refreshing spritzers, naturally mixed with fresh picked herbs and zesty citrus fruits or some new ones with surprising flavours. Enjoy spritzers such Belle Spritz (Vodka infused with cranberry, kaffir lime leaf, bay leaves, Manzanilla sherry, soda) or Garden Surprise (Gin infused with orange zest, lavender & rosemary, Prosecco, lime, soda) or simply stick to the classic Aperol Spritz!
The Spritz Garden features relaxed setting and natural jasmine trees adorn the walls. Guests can enjoy the London sunshine throughout the week and on Saturdays from 5pm, sipping Spritzers as the sun sets. Tommy Boland (Bird of Smithfield’s Head Chef) has created a light rooftop lunch menu featuring seasonal classic salads and light summer dishes, all perfectly matched with the Spritz menu.
Bird of Smithfield is housed in a five storey Georgian townhouse, including two bars, classically styled dining room, an award-winning private dining room and a stunning roof terrace with views over the iconic Smithfield Market.
