The 4th of twelve monthly free lunchtime concerts by CMF Artists, live from the Great Hall at St Bartholomew’s Hospital through our partnership with Barts Heritage. Join us online for performance of Dvořák’s Cello Concerto, specially arranged for cello & string quintet by Lucie Treacher. One of the great cello concertos, and always a favourite, it was completed in 1895 and premiered at Queen’s Hall in London by Leo Stern on a Stradivarius with Dvořák conducting.
