City of London & Cripplegate Photographic Society is a local group, who meet on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of each month at 6.45pm in Lambs Passage, near Waitrose. We’re one of the oldest and most highly regarded photography groups in London.
We have around 50 members with a wide range of photography experience, skills and interests; from a few professionals to talented amateurs to people just starting out with their cameras. If your New Year Resolutions include photography, come along to one of our meetings as we’re a friendly bunch and we’re always open to new members.
Our evenings include talks by guest speakers who are experts in their field, competitions amongst ourselves and practical workshops. In 2017 we’ll be hosting evenings with the Editor of Photography News magazine, an award winning military photography, workshops led by professionals, as well as our own popular Show & Tell nights.
A highlight for everybody is our biennial exhibition of members’ prints in The Barbican Library. Our last show was in March 2016 and we expect to show again in 2018.
Guests are always welcome and we are open to new members of all levels of skill and experience. http://www.cityandcripplegate-ps.org/
