Back in July this year, Colliers International’s Licensed and Leisure team announced that it had been  instructed to find a host of sites in London for Inito, a brand new Indian Street Food concept. The search went quickly and the first Inito is already up and running at a site previously occupied by Maletti’s Italian restaurant near Petticoat Lane market.

Inito is the brainchild of Bruce Kamp, Behrooz Khossousi and Suarav Nath who all have extensive experience in the Leisure and catering industry. The new concept is built around a ‘traveller’s eye view’ of the busy streets of urban India and combines a delicious menu of ‘street food’ inspired dishes, including the ‘roti’ wrap, and a contemporary design package offering customers a relaxed and original dining experience.

Inito is looking to open circa eight sites in Central London.  Sam May, Senior Surveyor, Colliers International said: “This new concept is quite unlike any other restaurant we currently have in the UK market – offering quick and healthy options, perfect for those on the move, combined with a full evening menu to suit restaurant customers. The first of these new Indian ‘urban street food’ restaurants, Inito Bell Lane, has now officially opened close to Spitalfields Market.

From a menu created by chef Saurav Nath, who has worked in Michelin star restaurants such as Benares and Colony. Inito serves up a range of made to order Rotis – filled with freshly grilled meats, vegetables and tangy pickles & chutneys – in portions suitable for both lunch and dinner. Inito offers a huge range of options like tandoori lamb chops, delicious biryanis, curry bowls, salad bowls with your choice of toppings and our unforgettable ‘Lollipop’ chicken wings. For the free-spirited, there’s a ‘build-your-own-roti’ option, by selecting from the tempting fillings a different taste experience can be created everyday. All produce is ethically sourced and British wherever possible plus the coffee is fair-trade.

The restaurant has a wide range of alcoholic wines and beverages to choose from; if you’re in a mood for culture try India’s most traditionally well known drinks, Thumbs Up, Limca, coconut water or refreshing Milk and Mango Lassi.

Inito is at 31 Bell Lane, London, E1 7LA
