Modern French flavour is coming to the City’s dining scene with the opening of Le Restaurant de PAUL in the iconic Tower 42 in September.
Following the launch of the first Le Restaurant de PAUL from leading French artisan bakery and patisserie, PAUL, on Covent Garden’s Bedford Street last summer, the stunning new restaurant will be the brand’s largest venue yet and open with its own bold, individual and completely new look.
Opening on the ground floor of Tower 42 on Friday 11th September, Le Restaurant de PAUL will house a spacious 93-cover restaurant, outside seating for 40-covers, the famous PAUL in-house bakery and the brand’s first destination wine bar specialising in wine, Champagne and specially crafted cocktails.
Produce from artisan French cheesemongers and the Queen’s butcher Donald Russell will feature on the all day menu bursting with Le Restaurant de PAUL’s hearty French favourites such as: Cotelettes d’Agneau and Aiglefin Fumé au Pistou. New menu additions of French gourmet burgers; rotisserie chicken salad will also be introduced alongside satisfying brunch options, afternoon tea and generous plateaux to share.
A healthy breakfast range of freshly blended fruit and vegetable smoothies and multigrain tartines will also be added to PAUL’s signature selection of pâtisserie, viennoiserie, artisan breads, celebration cakes, gourmet salads and sandwiches available to grab and go from the bakery.
Le Restaurant de PAUL at Tower 42 will be open from 6.30am to 11pm Monday to Friday and closed at weekends.
